“VOCABULARIES OF FORM”

Vocabularies of Form unites Keith’s language of clay and Karen’s language of paper to explore how objects connect us across time and place. Drawing on materials once used for nourishment, celebration, and record-keeping, their works transform traditions of utility and memory into vessels for contemporary connection. Through processes of deconstruction and reconstruction, they create forms that honor history while building a shared vocabulary of gesture, surface, and material. Rather than offering fixed answers, their collaboration presents open questions, reminding us that the objects we create and live with act as bridges, carrying meaning from the past into our shared present and hopeful future.
