All logistics are handled through our trusted art handlers, El Sol Logistics. After purchase, our studio will reach out to confirm delivery or installation details directly with you.

Artwork prices include the piece only. Shipping, delivery, and installation are coordinated separately through El Sol Logistics, who will provide a customized quote based on your location and needs.

Our team will coordinate all logistics between December 15–19, 2025. Purchases that have not finalized arrangements by that time will be scheduled after the studio reopens in the new year.

Yes. If you prefer local pickup in the Austin area, please let us know when we reach out after your purchase, and we’ll arrange details directly.

You’ll immediately receive a confirmation email. Our studio will then contact you to finalize logistics and connect you with El Sol Logistics for shipping or installation.

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges except in cases of damage during transit or delivery, which must be reported within 48 hours of receipt.

In the rare event of damage during transit, notify our studio within 48 hours. We’ll assess the situation and coordinate with El Sol Logistics to arrange repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion.

Yes. Each artwork comes with a certificate of authenticity, confirming it as an original Karen Hawkins piece. This certificate should remain with the artwork for provenance in any future transfers or sales.
